2. What Personal Data We Collect
Data you provide directly:
- Full name -- collected at signup
- Email address -- collected at signup
- WhatsApp phone number -- collected at signup, used to deliver the Service
- Payment information -- collected by Stripe on our behalf. We do not store your card details. Stripe is the data processor for payment information.
Data collected automatically:
- IP address -- collected by our website hosting provider (Vercel) and potentially by Stripe
- Browser type and device information -- collected by website analytics if enabled
- Pages visited and time spent on site -- collected by website analytics if enabled
- WhatsApp message delivery status -- Twilio (our WhatsApp delivery provider) provides delivery receipts

4. Third Parties We Share Data With
We only share your data with third parties where necessary to deliver the Service:
- Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe stores your payment card details and processes subscription charges. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1. Privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
- Twilio: WhatsApp message delivery. Your phone number is shared with Twilio to deliver daily signals. Privacy policy: twilio.com/en-us/legal/privacy
- Vercel: Website hosting. Vercel may process your IP address and browser data as part of website hosting. Privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Anthropic: AI analysis generation. Market data (not personal data) is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate daily analysis. We do not send personal subscriber data to Anthropic.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing companies.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for the duration of your subscription and for 12 months after cancellation. This allows us to:
- Respond to any queries or disputes relating to your subscription
- Comply with our legal and financial record-keeping obligations
After 12 months post-cancellation, your personal data will be securely deleted from our systems. Payment records may be retained for longer where required by HMRC or other legal obligations.
6. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure: You may ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances.

- All payment data processed by PCI DSS certified Stripe -- we never see or store card details
- WhatsApp delivery via Twilio using encrypted channels
- Access to subscriber data restricted to authorised personnel only
- Secure hosting via Vercel with SSL encryption
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy
