Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Cancellation

You may cancel your free trial at any time during the 30-day trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge will be made to your payment method. Your access to the Service will stop immediately upon cancellation.

How to cancel during your trial:

1. Go to dashboard.stripe.com
2. Log in with the email address you used to sign up
3. Navigate to Billing or Subscriptions
4. Click Cancel subscription
5. Confirm cancellation

Your subscription will be cancelled immediately. You will receive a confirmation from Stripe. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact us at legal@traiderj.com.

2. Paid Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. There is no minimum subscription period and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to the Service until then.

No partial refunds are given for part-used billing periods. If you cancel on day 15 of a 30-day billing period, you retain access for the remaining 15 days and no further charges are made.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Service (digital content delivered immediately), we operate a no-refund policy on subscription fees once the billing period has commenced, except in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure on our part that prevents delivery of the Service for 5 or more consecutive business days
• A charge made in error (for example, a duplicate charge)
• We terminate your subscription without cause

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at legal@traiderj.com within 14 days of the charge with details of your claim.

4. Subscription Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately and without refund if you:

• Breach the Terms and Conditions, including sharing or redistributing the daily analysis
• Provide false information at signup
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

In all other circumstances where we choose to terminate your subscription without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of the current billing period.

5. What Happens to Your Data on Cancellation

On cancellation, your WhatsApp number is removed from the active subscriber list and you will no longer receive daily signals. Your personal data is retained for 12 months post-cancellation as described in our Privacy Policy, then securely deleted.

6. Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into this contract (the cooling-off period).

However, by subscribing to the Service and requesting immediate access to the 30-day free trial, you acknowledge that the Service begins immediately and that your right to cancel under the cooling-off period applies from the moment you sign up. If you cancel within 30 days, no charge will have been made (as the charge only occurs on day 31), so no refund is applicable.
