1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TraiderJ daily forex signal service (“Service”) operated by Styfinity Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15970742, trading as TraiderJ (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By subscribing to the Service, clicking “Start My Free Trial”, completing a payment through our Stripe checkout, or accessing any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not subscribe to or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via WhatsApp or email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. About the Service

TraiderJ is an educational market analysis service. We provide daily technical analysis of four major foreign exchange currency pairs — EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/CHF, and USD/JPY — delivered via WhatsApp each morning at approximately 06:30 GMT (Monday to Friday).

Each daily analysis includes:

• A market sentiment assessment for each currency
• Technical analysis of all four pairs against a defined 9-point entry criteria system
• A clear verdict for each pair: TRADE, WATCH, or NO TRADE
• On TRADE days: indicative entry price, stop loss, take profit, and position sizing guidance
• On WATCH and NO TRADE days: explanation of what conditions are not yet met
• Economic calendar and news event briefing

3. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following criteria to subscribe to the Service:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be resident in the United Kingdom or a jurisdiction where accessing this Service is lawful
• You must have a valid WhatsApp account on the phone number provided at signup
• You must have a valid payment method accepted by Stripe
• You must not be accessing the Service for the purpose of reselling, redistributing, or republishing the analysis to third parties without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate subscriptions at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription, Pricing and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

New subscribers may access a 30-day free trial. During the trial period, your payment card details are securely stored by Stripe but no charge is made. You receive full access to the Service from day one of the trial.

4.2 Trial to Paid Conversion

If you do not cancel before the end of the 30-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and the monthly fee will be charged to your saved payment method on day 31.

4.3 Subscription Fee

The current subscription fee is £59.00 per month (inclusive of any applicable VAT). This fee is charged monthly on the same calendar date as your trial conversion date.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing. We will provide a minimum of 30 days written notice via email or WhatsApp before any price change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the new price.

4.5 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Stripe’s own terms of service apply to payment processing.

4.6 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

5. Delivery of the Service

The Service is delivered via WhatsApp to the phone number you provide at signup. You are responsible for ensuring your WhatsApp number is active and capable of receiving messages.

We aim to deliver each daily analysis by 06:30 GMT Monday to Friday. Delivery times may vary due to technical issues, public holidays, or exceptional market circumstances. We do not guarantee delivery at any specific time.

We reserve the right to suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, technical upgrades, or exceptional circumstances. Where possible we will notify subscribers in advance.

The Service analyses four currency pairs: EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/CHF, and USD/JPY. We reserve the right to modify the pairs covered with reasonable notice to subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or republish the daily analysis or any part of it to any third party
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the analytical methodology for commercial purposes
• Provide false information at signup, including a phone number that is not your own
• Use the Service if you are a resident of a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law

Breach of these conditions may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Service, including but not limited to daily analyses, trade parameters, educational commentary, and methodology documentation, is the intellectual property of Styfinity Limited. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own personal trading decisions only. This licence does not permit redistribution, publication, or commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Styfinity Limited and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses you incur as a result of acting on or failing to act on information provided through the Service
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
• Any loss arising from your failure to verify signal parameters on your own platform before executing a trade
• Technical failures, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of the Service

Our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Styfinity Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer, and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
